I'm aware of the child porn and drug stings, as well as the more pertinent cases of MediaSentry engaging in filetrading to grab pirate IPs. The thrust of my post was that <em>regardless</em> of whether or not a honeypot would constitute entrapment, I think that Demonoid is safe (for the reasons outlined above). The thrust of my post was that regardless of whether or not a honeypot would constitute entrapment, I think that Demonoid is safe (for the reasons outlined above).
